HDA&HDR derived from warman pump’s AH series. Through the improvement of material and structure by our experienced engineers, HDA and HDR series have higher efficiency in pumping solids, more wear resistance and longer service life than warman AH series.

Other Benifits of Heavy Duty HDA/HDA Slurry Pumps
Replaceable Wear-resistant Liners
The HDA slurry pump frame plates have wear-resistant replaceable metal liners and the impellers are made of wear-resistant metal. HDA slurry pump’s frame plates and liners can only be made of hard metal. Compared to HDA, HDR type pumps can use not only metal but also rubber to make liners and other wet parts.
Cylindrical Structure
Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.

Different Applications
The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
